The 36th Contracting Squadron is seeking a vendor to provide a commercial‑grade, stand‑alone Wi‑Fi service for Andersen Air Force Base, Guam. The contractor must design, procure, install, test, and maintain a network that delivers at least 100 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload across 17 designated rooms, using all‑new equipment and cabling, and must operate 24 × 7 with on‑site support during business hours. No existing government infrastructure may be reused, and any physical alterations require prior written approval from the Contracting Officer. The effort includes a one‑year base period with up to four optional one‑year extensions.
• Provide complete Wi‑Fi solution (hardware, ISP circuit, UPS, management platform) with unlimited data.
• Install new cabling and equipment in Building 22026, ensuring separate, non‑integrated network from government systems.
