Budget estimate

$80,000,000 – $120,000,000

Based on the project description, the estimated budget for this project is between $80 million and $120 million. This estimate is based on the total cost for CMAR services, which is currently budgeted at $120 million, and the fact that the project involves the construction of a water treatment plant, which can be a costly endeavor. The budget may be influenced by factors such as the complexity of the project, the experience of the CMAR, and the availability of materials and labor.
