Provide Website Redesign services for the Office of the Inspector

The Jefferson Parish Office of the Inspector General and Ethics and Compliance Commission is seeking a qualified vendor to redesign, develop, and deploy new public-facing websites. The goal is to create modern, transparent, and user-friendly websites that enhance awareness in ethics in government and the prevention of fraud, waste, and abuse. The selected vendor will be responsible for the development of the sites and their successful migration to the JPOIG. The project includes three key deliverables: an assessment and recommendation of a content management system, a redesign of both websites, and an assessment and recommendation regarding the hosting environment. The vendor must provide a detailed proposal outlining their approach, technical capabilities, and experience in providing similar services. • The vendor must have experience in providing website design and development services for a minimum of three consecutive years. • The vendor must demonstrate their ability to meet the minimum requirements outlined in the RFP. • The vendor must provide a detailed statement of their related services to government entities or private entities. • The vendor must provide resumes for key personnel assigned to the project. • The vendor must provide a detailed schedule of implementation, including timelines and responsible parties.
