Medical Equipment and Furnishings, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E) Planning Software as a Services (SaaS)

The Indian Health Service is seeking a software license for the planning of Medical Equipment and Furnishings, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E) for the construction of new health care facilities. The contract will be for a base period of one calendar year, commencing December 31, 2025, through December 30, 2026, with the availability of one option year period. The contractor will provide a software as a service (SaaS) solution that meets the requirements outlined in the solicitation. • The software should be able to plan medical equipment and FF&E for new health care facilities. • The contractor should provide pricing for each line item in Section B of the solicitation. • The contractor should submit invoices in accordance with Section I, HHSAR 352.232-71, Electronic Submission of Payment Requests. • The contractor should comply with the Section 508 accessibility standards.
