RFP Comprehensive Assessment of North Peak Tower: Structural Evaluation and Cost-Fit Analysis

The County of San Mateo is seeking a comprehensive assessment of the North Peak 80' tower, including a structural integrity analysis, regulatory compliance evaluation, and cost-fit analysis. The County is looking for a proposer with experience in conducting similar assessments, particularly in mountainous or remote terrain, and with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements. • The proposer must have at least three years of experience in conducting structural assessments and site evaluations for radio communication towers. • The proposer must have completed at least three successful radio tower assessments for government agencies within the last five years. • The proposer must provide a detailed project schedule, including milestones and deliverables. • The proposer must provide a clear breakdown of all anticipated costs, including labor, travel, materials, and optional services.
