Description
The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) is seeking a water activity meter. The required specifications include food safe water activity measurements, a chilled-mirror dew point sensor, a sample range of 15-50C, ±0.003 aw accuracy, calibration, and a cleaning kit. The warranty is also a requirement. The contract will be awarded based on the lowest price technically acceptable. The delivery of all items is required within 60 days after award.
• The water activity meter must meet or exceed all salient characteristics of the product as specified in the solicitation.
• The quoter must provide sufficient descriptive literature or documentation to demonstrate how the proposed product meets or exceeds the required salient characteristics.
• The product must be available for delivery within the timeframe specified in the solicitation.
