Description
The Montebello Unified School District is seeking proposals from qualified copier lease finance companies to provide flexible, competitive, and compliant lease financing options for the acquisition and refresh of copier and multifunction print equipment across all schools and offices. The selected partner will assist the District in acquiring essential equipment while supporting fiscal responsibility, regulatory compliance, and long-term financial planning. Key responsibilities include providing lease financing options, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting the District's financial planning.
• The District has 29 school sites and serves approximately 21,000 students in grades K-12.
• The initial term of the contract is 5 years, with the option to renew for up to 2 additional one-year periods.
• The District reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any irregularities or informalities in any proposal or in the bidding.
• The selected Service Provider will be required to execute a Drug-Free Workplace Certificate and to comply with applicable federal and California laws.
