Calibration Services FY26 (MEL)

The City of Philadelphia is seeking a vendor to provide calibration services for various testing machines, including Instron 400 HVL Testing Machine, Satec 33 EMF UTM w/Admet controls, Instron 5944 Testing Machine, Newage NB3010 Brinell Testing Machine, Wilson C524T Rockwell Hardness Testing Machine, and Gilson MC300PR Concrete Testing Machine. The vendor must provide force verification certified in accordance with ASTM E4-20 and provide appropriate certification reports. The vendor must be on-site at the Bureau of Laboratory Services within two weeks after the request for calibration is issued. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. • The contract requires the vendor to provide calibration services with force verification certified in accordance with ASTM E4-20. • The vendor must provide appropriate certification reports of such calibration. • System software and performance functionality will be verified annually. • The vendor must be on-site at the Bureau of Laboratory Services within two weeks after the request for calibration is issued. • Payment will be in one lump sum.
