U.S. Embassy Prague – Repair/ replacement of Air Conditioning System

The U.S. Embassy in Prague is seeking a qualified HVAC contractor to replace the air conditioning system serving the public waiting Consular room in the Chancery building. The scope of work includes dismantling and removing the existing AC system, supplying and installing new Toshiba VRF/VRV equipment and accessories, and providing updated system documentation, operating and maintenance information, and basic training for designated Embassy staff. The expected performance period is 30 calendar days from Contract Award. • The contractor must provide all labor, materials, tools, and supervision for the project. • The contractor must comply with applicable Czech national standards and relevant U.S. codes/standards, whichever are more stringent. • The contractor must have an active Federal Government contracts registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) when submitting an offer or quotation in response to this solicitation and at the time of award.
