BUILDING 1047 BOILER REPLACEMENT 2026

The New Mexico National Guard is seeking a contractor to provide all necessary services, labor, materials, and equipment to replace two existing AJAX boilers and associated equipment at Building 1047, Kirtland Air Force Base, with new high-efficiency Lochinvar boilers. The contract duration will be 180 calendar days after notice to proceed, and the project is set aside 100% for Total Small Businesses. The budget parameters for this project are between $250,000 and $350,000. • The contractor must provide and install new boilers and all necessary components to return the system to full operational status. • The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). • A site visit will be held, with the date, time, and location to be posted on the solicitation webpage. • The solicitation and associated information will be available only from the Contract Opportunities page at SAM.gov.
