CGC Stone AC Condenser Renewal / Repair

The United States Coast Guard Surface Forces Logistics Center is seeking a contractor to provide renewal of the AC condenser in support of the CGC Stone chill water system. The contractor will perform services that include, but are not limited to, renewal of the AC condenser for the #1B circuit, flush the refrigerant side of the #1B circuit, and restore the plants back to service. The work will be performed at the Coast Guard Cutter Stone in North Charleston, South Carolina. The period of performance runs from 30 March 2026 through 17 April 2026. • The contractor must provide a firm-fixed-price proposal that includes all costs associated with contract performance. • The contractor must identify any subcontractors proposed to perform major or critical aspects of the work under this contract. • The Government will evaluate past performance using information from the Contractor Performance Assessment Reporting System (CPARS), other Government records, and information provided by the offeror. • The Government will award to the responsible offeror whose offer represents the best value to the Government, considering price and non-price factors.
