Description
The Department of Natural Resources is seeking bids for the seasonal pumping of thirty-eight vault toilets and ten septic tanks within Itasca State Park, LaSalle Lake State Recreation Area, and three forest campgrounds for the service periods of May 1, 2026 through December 31, 2026 and May 1, 2027 through December 31, 2027. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary labor, equipment, materials, tools, licensing, transportation, disposal fees, taxes, and incidentals.
• The work will involve pumping vault toilets and septic tanks at least once per season, with some requiring intermittent pumping on an "as needed" basis.
• The contractor must submit all responses electronically through the Swift Portal, and no email or faxed responses will be accepted.
• The award will be made to the lowest responsible vendor meeting the specifications and all terms and conditions.
• A Price Schedule in Excel format is attached to the event, and responders must download, complete, and upload the Price Schedule to the event.
