The Teton Conservation District is seeking a contractor to develop and implement a web-based data dashboard for the Snake River Headwaters watershed. The dashboard will summarize existing water resources data from multiple sources and provide visualization of discrete and continuous water quantity, water quality, biological, physical, and recreational data and information related to the Snake River and its tributaries. The selected contractor will work closely with TCD and the Snake River Headwaters Watershed Group to complete the project objectives, which include implementing a web-based data dashboard, facilitating design charrettes, providing source code, and proposing operation and maintenance of the dashboard.
• The project will be completed in phases, with Phase 1 including readily accessible online data and Phases 2 and 3 requiring data that is not as readily accessible but available upon request.
• The contractor will provide a proposal for operation and maintenance of the dashboard, including data storage and a schedule for maintenance.
• The contractor will work with the Data and Monitoring Working Group to facilitate design charrettes and provide updates and feedback.
• The dashboard will be mobile-friendly, and app development is an option depending on feasibility and group feedback.
