Description
The Hall County Library System is seeking a vendor to provide Internet Access for one of its branch locations. The selected vendor will be required to provide standard Internet service, static IP address allocation, and VOIP support. The contract is expected to be for a period of 2 years, with the possibility of a 1-year extension. The vendor will be responsible for all service, maintenance, support, and monitoring of Internet connections.
• The Internet service must be implemented by July 1, 2026.
• The vendor must provide all necessary equipment and IP addresses.
• The vendor must comply with all applicable FCC rules and regulations.
• The vendor must provide a detailed response to the RFP, including pricing and service descriptions.
• The vendor must participate in the E-rate program and comply with all applicable rules and regulations.
