The City of Austin Resource Recovery department is seeking quotations to supply steel sheeting and/or concrete bin blocks for the construction of a designated truck‑dumping area. Vendors may provide either or both materials, with delivery to the City’s Resource Recovery site at 10108 FM 812, Austin, TX. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible offer that meets the specifications and delivery deadline of 10 Oct 2026. • Materials: 3/8‑in. × 4 ft × 8 ft steel sheets (any grade, lowest‑cost acceptable) and 2 ft × 2 ft × 6 ft concrete bin blocks. • Quantity: 1 steel sheet, 2 bin blocks (as listed on the bid sheet). • Delivery required by 10 Oct 2026, 10:00 a.m. to the specified address. • Quotes due 07 Oct 2026, 2:00 p.m. via email (ARRcontractmanagement@austintexas.gov). • City is tax‑exempt; taxes must not be included in the price. • Payment terms: net 30 days after receipt of goods and proper invoice. • All offers must be signed and include a certificate of insurance.
