Description
The New York Army National Guard is seeking sources to provide Medical and Dental Non-clinical Case Management Support Services. The contractor will provide administrative support to the State Surgeon, Deputy State Surgeon, Medical Standards Officer, and unit Commanders. The services include tracking and monitoring clinical care, identifying and tracking deployment limiting conditions, ensuring individual Soldiers are compliant with medical readiness requirements, and maximizing the deployability of New York Army National Guard Soldiers. The contractor will employ Non-Clinical Case Managers, Non-Clinical Dental Case Managers, Non-Clinical Case Management Assistants, and Medical Records Administrators.
• The contractor will provide primary services between 7:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, with occasional travel.
• The contractor will provide services at the Watervliet Arsenal, with possible travel to other locations in the Continental United States.
• The contractor will be required to comply with all applicable installation/facility access and local security policies and procedures.
• The contractor will be required to obtain a Common Access Card (CAC) and complete Anti-Terrorism Awareness Training (AT) Level 1.
• The contractor will be required to complete Information Assurance (IA) training and obtain a DoD IA certification.
