Description
The California Highway Patrol seeks a single vendor to provide weekly rental, cleaning, delivery, pickup, and inventory management of protective clothing and operational supplies (uniforms, rags, towels, mopheads, etc.) for its Blythe Area Office. The contract runs from December 1 2026 through December 31 2030, with an initial set‑up phase for sizing and branding, ongoing resizing/replacements, and quarterly inventory inspections. The contractor must supply all labor, transportation, and materials, maintain liability insurance, and ensure all personnel pass driver‑license and background checks.
• Provide weekly uniform rental services (shirts, trousers, rags, towels) with cleaning and replacement.
• Deliver, pick up, and manage inventory at the Blythe site, including initial measurement and branding set‑up.
• Respond to resizing or replacement requests within 4 hours and maintain quarterly inspection logs.
