Roseville Electric Utility - HRST Cleaning

The City of Roseville is seeking proposals for Heat Recovery Steam Generator (HRSG) cleaning services for its Roseville Energy Park and Roseville Sunset Energy Center. The selected contractor will provide a turnkey solution for HRSG cleaning services, including conventional or deep cleaning methods, for two cleaning events over a five-year contract term. The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to complete the work, including pre- and post-cleaning inspections, equipment and materials, scaffolding, and safety procedures. • The contract will cover two HRSG units at the Roseville Energy Park and Roseville Sunset Energy Center. • The contractor will provide cleaning, inspection, and repacking of the SCR and CO catalyst systems. • The contractor will perform cleaning and inspection of the ammonia injection grid. • The contractor will provide daily progress reports and a final cleaning report. • The contractor will be responsible for ensuring the safety of the work and complying with all applicable laws and regulations.
