The Cannabis Control Commission is seeking responses from qualified vendors to provide a Software as a Services (SaaS) for a Medical Patient and Caregiver Portal. The portal will support patient, caregivers, and certifying healthcare providers on the Commonwealth’s Medical Use of Marijuana Program. The portal should integrate with the seed-to-sale platform, display patient sales history, and provide mobile device support. The commission requires a secure environment for agency data, compliance with data privacy and security laws, and a disaster recovery plan.
