Description
The State University of New York (SUNY) is seeking to purchase Ergotron Carts and related items. The procurement is subject to NYS Finance Law §139 j&k, and vendors are cautioned that only the listed contact person can be contacted for this procurement. The successful contractor will be required to complete and submit documents relating to Vendor Responsibility, NYS Finance Law 139, NYS Tax Law Section 5-a, and valid/current NYS Workman’s Compensation and Disability Forms.
• The contract term is one year
• The location is Stony Brook University Hospital, 101 Nicolls Rd, Stony Brook, NY 11794
• The procurement is set aside for discretionary procurements between $50,000 and $125,000
• Minority and women-owned business participation goals are 14% and 16%, respectively
• Service-disabled veteran-owned business contracting goal is 6%
• Disadvantaged owned sub-contracting goal is 0%
