Description
The City of Piqua is seeking bids for the replacement of a furnace at Echo Hills Golf Course. The successful bidder will be responsible for providing all necessary labor, materials, and equipment to complete the project. The project includes the removal and disposal of the existing furnace and condensing unit, and the installation of a new five-ton split system. The bidder must also provide a warranty of at least 1 year on parts and 5 years on the compressor. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on 4/29/2026 at 2:00 p.m. at the site of the golf course.
