The State of Alabama is seeking quotes for FESCO plow parts, including spring rods, nuts, cotter keys, bolts, and lockwashers. The parts should be shipped to the office at 1473 Owassa Rd, Evergreen, AL 36401, and the quote should include freight charges. Suppliers must be registered in Alabama Buys and should log into the solicitation at the Public Solicitation site prior to the close date and time. The State of Alabama reserves the right to conduct analysis based on cost realism and/or price reasonableness for any or all bids.
• The quote should include the price for each item and the total cost, including freight charges.
• The State of Alabama has the right to inspect all products before accepting.
• Suppliers must comply with all terms and conditions contained within this solicitation.
• The contract will be governed by the laws of the State of Alabama.
• The State of Alabama is exempt from paying sales tax.
• Suppliers must not be barred from bidding or entering into a contract and must certify that they are in full compliance with Section 41-4-142.
