DULLES FLEET MAINTENANCE FACILITY

The Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA) is seeking proposals for the expansion of the existing Service and Inspection Building at the Dulles Rail Yard. The project involves creating additional repair bays and workspaces necessary to support Scheduled Maintenance Program on-site. The scope also includes the conversion of the existing 40,000-square-foot warehouse at Dulles Rail Yard into industrial shop space. Specialized equipment will be purchased and installed to support SMS operations.
