The State of Missouri is seeking a vendor to provide Genesys Cloud Contact Center Licenses, Maintenance, AppFoundry, AI Tokens, and Professional Services for the Office of Administration, Information Technology Services Division, and various state agencies. The contract will be for a period of three years, and the vendor must have at least five years of experience selling Genesys Cloud products and services to the public sector. The vendor must also be a registered Genesys Ascend partner or reseller.
