Concessions Mystery Shopper Program

The Hillsborough County Aviation Authority is seeking a concessions mystery shopper program to ensure that airport concession locations maintain the Authority's service values and provide First Class standards of service. The program will involve developing and administering mystery shopper services and reports to evaluate the quality of service provided by concessionaires. The successful respondent will be required to understand current conditions, identify service improvement priorities, and provide products in a clean, attractive, and pleasant atmosphere. The contract will be for a term of 12 months, with options for renewal. • The Authority is looking for a respondent with experience in providing mystery shopping services to airports, shopping centers, or national brand corporations. • The respondent will be required to provide a dedicated business intelligence team and a consultative approach for improvements based on findings. • The respondent will be evaluated based on their methodology and approach, as well as their experience and background in providing similar services. • The contract will include a cost proposal form, which must be completed in its entirety and must not be altered in any way.
