Description
The Department of Public Safety is seeking a qualified firm or individual to provide professional training services for law enforcement personnel. The goal of this training is to provide education on search and seizure laws, including warrantless search and seizures, as well as all aspects of advanced 4th, 5th, 6th, and 14th Amendments. The selected respondent will be required to provide training services that meet the needs of the Department of Public Safety. Some key aspects of the job include:
• Providing professional training services for law enforcement personnel
• Educating on search and seizure laws, including warrantless search and seizures
• Covering all aspects of advanced 4th, 5th, 6th, and 14th Amendments
• Meeting the needs of the Department of Public Safety
The contract will be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and the venue of any suit arising under the contract will be fixed in any state court of competent jurisdiction in Travis County, Texas.
