Description
The City of Baxley, Georgia is seeking qualified firms to provide grant administration services for Federal and State grant programs. The selected firms will be qualified to provide comprehensive grant administration services, from application preparation through project closeout, for infrastructure improvement projects. The services may include grant application preparation, grant management, procurement support, financial administration, project closeout, and compliance services. The City reserves the right to issue task orders or enter into specific project agreements with selected firms as funding becomes available and projects are identified.
Some key points to consider:
• The City is looking for firms with experience in administering Federal and State grants for local governments, particularly CDBG or similar programs.
• The selected firms will be required to provide comprehensive grant administration services, including grant application preparation, grant management, and project closeout.
• The City reserves the right to issue task orders or enter into specific project agreements with selected firms.
• The project may be subject to the Build America, Buy America Act (BABA) and is covered under the requirements of Section 3 of the HUD Act of 1968, as amended.
