Description
The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) is seeking up to two qualified firms to provide on‑call, as‑needed title and escrow services for Caltrans projects located in Glenn County. The work includes producing preliminary title reports, updating title records, issuing policies of title insurance, providing litigation guarantees, and handling escrow transactions for both residential and commercial properties. Services must be delivered electronically within prescribed timeframes, and contractors must hold appropriate California title & escrow licenses and meet all insurance, data‑security, and regulatory requirements. This is a multi‑provider contract with a five‑year base term (Sept 2026‑Sept 2031) and a three‑year window for new service requests.
