The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers intends to require a sole source basis for the Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) programming requirement by Amaz Consulting in the Chilled Water Plant Replacement and Utility Upgrades Project at the VA West Haven Campus. The project involves integrating new electrical equipment with the existing SCADA system, which requires expert and experienced programming by the approved SCADA programmer, Amaz Consulting.
