Description
The Strategic Weapons Facility Pacific (SWFPAC) is seeking a contractor to provide comprehensive maintenance and repair services for three Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) units. The contractor will be responsible for providing all-inclusive preventative maintenance, on-site emergency repair, and remote technical support. The contract will be for a period of one year, with an option to extend for an additional six months. The contractor must be certified by APC to work on the specified UPS models and must comply with all SWFPAC security protocols.
Key aspects of the job include:
• Providing 24/7 technical support and on-site emergency response within six hours of a service request
• Performing one scheduled preventative maintenance visit during the contract period
• Replacing failed hardware components with equivalent or superior components
• Providing detailed electronic service reports and an annual system health report
• Complying with all SWFPAC security protocols and obtaining base access and vehicle passes as necessary
