Description
The Ohio Army National Guard is soliciting quotations for the labor and material to provide a complete project for final furniture for the Point Project Phase 4 rebid at the Camp Perry Joint Training Center. The project requires the contractor to provide all necessary labor and materials to complete the work as shown in the attached Statement of Work. The contractor must submit a proposal that includes the total project cost, excludes taxes, and includes their federal tax identification number. The proposal must also state that the work will be accomplished in accordance with the Statement of Work and that the bid will be good for not less than 60 days.
• The project is for the provision of final furniture for the Point Project Phase 4 rebid.
• The contractor must submit a proposal that includes the total project cost and excludes taxes.
• The contractor must provide their federal tax identification number and state their intention to comply with prevailing wage rates if the project exceeds $75,000.
• The proposal must be signed and dated by an authorized company representative and returned by December 2, 2025.
• The contractor must email the proposal to [email protected] or deliver it to the Camp Perry Joint Training Center.
