Emergency Operations Center (EOC) Audio/Visual (A/V) Information Technology (IT) Renovations

The County of Volusia is seeking proposals from qualified A/V contractors to design, furnish, install, maintain, and replace A/V equipment required to support an integrated turnkey information distribution system for the Volusia County Emergency Operations Center (EOC). The EOC is the County's central command and control facility responsible for carrying out emergency preparedness, emergency management, and disaster management functions. The selected contractor will be responsible for providing a comprehensive A/V system that meets the County's needs. Some key aspects of the project include: * Designing and installing A/V equipment for the EOC * Providing maintenance and support services for the A/V system * Ensuring the A/V system is integrated with other systems and technologies used by the County * Providing training and technical support to County staff * Ensuring the A/V system is compatible with the County's existing infrastructure and systems The County is looking for a contractor that can provide a high-quality A/V system that meets their needs and can be maintained and supported over time.
