Description
The City of San Mateo is seeking a qualified consulting firm to provide on-call technical support services for its Tyler Technologies Enterprise Permitting & Licensing (EPL) system. The selected firm will be responsible for providing enhancement projects and ongoing technical support as needed. The scope of services includes existing Tyler EPL Crystal Reports to SSRS conversion, assisting with design and implementation of projects field, developing and deploying new custom forms, workflows, intelligent objects, and reports, as well as ongoing issue resolution, report development, and new user guides and updates. The City is looking for a firm with experience in providing similar services to public jurisdictions. The contract term is expected to be one year.

The City will evaluate proposals based on the firm's understanding of the scope of work, team experience and references, organization chart and key personnel, schedule of charges and lead times, and acceptance of the City's standard agreement for professional consultant services.
