Description
The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County is seeking an authorized furniture dealer to provide a full‑service, indefinite‑delivery/indefinite‑quantity (IDIQ) contract for furniture and furnishings across all city departments, including design, delivery, inside installation, repair, maintenance, and post‑installation support. The contractor must be an authorized dealer for any of the 55 listed manufacturers, offer a catalog‑wide discount, comply with LEED and BIFMA sustainability standards, and meet extensive insurance, background‑check, and documentation requirements.
• Provide furniture, fixtures, and related accessories for any Metro department, with design, repair, and maintenance services.
• Deliver, stage, and install items on‑site, handling all packaging, waste removal, and providing an on‑site supervisor.
• Must be an authorized dealer for at least one of the 55 specified brands and furnish a catalog‑wide discount that includes freight, delivery, and installation.
• Comply with sustainability (LEED, ANSI/BIFMA e3), insurance, background‑check, ADA, and EBO requirements; submit extensive forms via iSupplier by the May 13 2026 deadline.
