Description
The New Jersey Department of Transportation is seeking qualified design‑build firms to replace the Route 9W bridge over Route 95, 1&9, 46 and 4 in the Borough of Fort Lee, Bergen County. The contractor will be responsible for complete design, construction, quality‑control, inspection, utility relocation, traffic‑control, drainage, lighting, ITS relocation, and all related civil‑engineering tasks. The solicitation requires a robust team of key personnel – a Project Manager, Resident Engineer, Project Superintendent, Design Manager, Quality Manager, Lead Structural Engineer, Lead Civil Engineer, and Lead Geotechnical Engineer – each meeting strict experience, licensing, and full‑time commitment criteria.
