Signs

The Boone County Public Works Department is seeking bids from qualified vendors and contractors to provide services associated with signs during the period of January 1, 2026, through December 31, 2026. The contract will be for a term of 12 months, with prices firm and fixed for the specified timeframe. The bidder will be responsible for delivering signs and related materials to County locations, with delivery required within seven calendar days after receipt of order. The County reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality. Some key points to consider: • The bidder must submit descriptive literature and specifications for the items offered. • Samples may be required for alternate items offered. • Safety Data Sheets are required to be submitted with the bid. • The bidder must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. • The contract may be terminated by the County with at least 30 days' written notice. • The bidder must provide a drug-free workplace and comply with the Kentucky Occupational License requirements.
