Description
The Palm Beach County Board of County Commissioners is seeking bids for the painting of the entire South Region Operations Center (SROC) complex. The project includes surface preparation, priming, and painting of the complex. The contractor will be required to complete the work within 210 calendar days from the notice to proceed. The bid package must include a completed bid form, OSBD schedules, bid security, and signed addenda. The county reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
• The project requires the contractor to furnish all materials, labor, supervision, permits, and supplies necessary to complete the work.
• The contractor must attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting to review the project requirements.
• The bid package must be submitted in a sealed envelope with the project name and number on the outside.
• The county will evaluate bids based on price, responsiveness, and responsibility.
• The contractor will be required to provide a public construction bond and guarantee.
• The project is subject to the county's Small Business Development Program and the contractor must submit the required schedules and documentation.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances.
