Owner’s Advisor and Design Services for Mercy West Advanced Treatment System

The City of Cincinnati is seeking the services of an Owner’s Advisor to support the Mercy West Advanced Treatment System project. The general services to be provided include technical and project management support as the Owner’s Advisor and site designer for successful execution of the project. The project lifecycle may include study, planning, design, and construction/closeout phases. Key aspects of the project include: • Providing necessary technical and project management support • Supporting the project lifecycle, including study, planning, design, and construction/closeout phases • Acting as the Owner’s Advisor and site designer for the project • Ensuring successful execution of the project
