This solicitation is a sole‑source Request for Quotes (RFQ) issued by the U.S. Navy, Commander, Navy Region Southeast, to provide calibration, preventive maintenance, certification, and operator training for a wide array of laboratory fuel‑analysis equipment located at the CNRSE DFSP Northside Fuels Testing Lab in Jacksonville, Florida. The contractor must supply all labor, parts, travel, and support services, operate during standard business hours, and deliver field reports and calibration certificates within five business days of service. Training for up to three government personnel on selected instruments is required annually. The contract is firm‑fixed‑price and restricted to U.S. citizens/nationals.
