Description
The City of Perrysburg is seeking qualified firms to develop and implement a comprehensive Industrial Pretreatment Program. The work includes reviewing existing ordinances and permits, creating a sampling plan, calculating allowable industrial loadings, updating the Sewer Use Ordinance, and preparing a full submittal package for Ohio EPA review. The solicitation is qualification‑based; firms submit a State of Qualifications (SOQ) by the deadline, and a cost proposal will be requested only after a consultant is selected.
• Review current ordinances, NPDES permits, WWTP data, and TMDL requirements.
• Develop sampling plans, conduct analysis, and draft Local Limits Evaluation reports.
• Update the Sewer Use Ordinance (two versions) and compile the complete Ohio EPA pretreatment program package.
• Provide staff qualifications, past project references, and capacity statements (≤20 pages).
