Annual Maintenance and Support for Thermo Fisher Watson Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS)

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is seeking a contractor to provide annual maintenance and support for the Thermo Fisher Watson Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS). The contractor will be responsible for providing technical support, software updates, and other related services to ensure the continued operation of the LIMS system. The system is used by the FDA's Division of Applied Regulatory Science (DARS) to manage laboratory data and samples. The contract will be for a base year with four option years, and the contractor will be required to provide support for the system during this period. The FDA is looking for a contractor with experience in providing maintenance and support for LIMS systems, particularly those using Thermo Fisher Watson software. The contractor will need to demonstrate their ability to provide high-quality technical support, software updates, and other related services to ensure the continued operation of the LIMS system.
