Description
The State of Tennessee is seeking bids for the purchase of two Restroom Trailers and two Shower/Laundry Trailers. The trailers must meet specific requirements, including having a 2 5/16” coupler, electric tongue jack, and exterior steps. The interior must have 6 stations, sinks, showers, soap/paper towel dispensers, mirrors, and marine-grade flooring. The trailers must also have a dedicated space for systems housing and meet applicable DOT, RVIA, and ANSI standards.
• The contract will be for a period of 12 months
• The contractor must deliver the trailers to the Tennessee Emergency Management Agency (TEMA) within 12 months of receipt of the purchase order
• The contractor must coordinate all communication, progress updates, and inquiries with the designated TEMA point of contact
• The trailers must meet specific plumbing, electrical, and HVAC requirements
