Description
The State of Hawaii, Department of Transportation, Harbors Division is seeking bids for the replacement of three fenders at Pier 1, Nawiliwili Harbor, Kauai, Hawaii. The scope of work includes mobilization and demobilization, providing a detailed site-specific Best Management Practices (BMP) Plan, replacing three fenders, and other related work.
