Description
The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) is seeking a contractor to provide pre-employment screening services for the motor carrier industry. The contractor will be responsible for providing driver-related Motor Carrier Management Information System (MCMIS) safety and inspection data to motor carriers, industry service providers, and operator-applicants. The contractor will also be required to develop a process for releasing data only with the account holder's attestation that they have received the operator-applicant's written consent or consent provided through FMCSA-approved electronic means. The contractor will need to maintain an information technology infrastructure equipped with hardware and software that supports the operational, technical, security, and privacy requirements documented in the Statement of Work.

• Providing driver-related MCMIS safety and inspection data to motor carriers and industry service providers

• Conducting audits of operator-applicant consent and providing quarterly reports with improvement recommendations
