Procurement and Installation of Commercial Laundry Equipment

The Inyo County Sheriff’s Office is soliciting bids for the supply, installation, and commissioning of commercial laundry equipment, as well as the removal of existing equipment. The scope of work includes purchasing and installing two commercial washers and two commercial drying tumblers, compatible with the existing wiring. The contractor must furnish all materials and labor to complete the scope of work in a satisfactory manner. Key requirements include: • Energy Star Certification for energy efficiency • Compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations regarding commercial laundry equipment • Minimum of two successful installations of commercial laundry equipment within the last 5 years for public, governmental agencies, or schools district • Completed bid form with detailed pricing for all equipment and services • Technical specifications and brochures for all proposed equipment in a .pdf format The bid will be evaluated based on compliance with the specified requirements, quality and durability of the proposed equipment, bidder's experience and qualifications, and cost-effectiveness of the bid.
