The City of Minot is seeking sealed bids to supply 5,000 tons of washed (clean, sharp) sand for municipal use. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked “Project #4229 – Bid for 5,000 Tons of Washed Sand” to the City Clerk’s office by 11:00 a.m. on 21 Sept 2026. The contract will be awarded to the lowest and best bidder, with delivery to the Public Works Building on an on‑demand basis (minimum 250‑ton loads) and must meet specified gradation requirements.
