Description
The State of Missouri is seeking a vendor to provide janitorial services for the Harry S Truman State Office Building. The building has 641,841 total cleanable square feet, with 27,860 square feet being secured areas and 32,214 square feet being day clean areas. The vendor will be required to provide daily, weekly, monthly, and semi-annual tasks to maintain a clean and sanitary environment for the building and its occupants. The contract period will be for one year, with the option for the state agency to add or delete areas of the building at any time during the term of the contract.
Key responsibilities of the vendor will include:
• Providing janitorial services for the total cleanable square feet of the building
• Performing daily, weekly, monthly, and semi-annual tasks as specified in the RFP
• Maintaining a clean and sanitary environment for the building and its occupants
• Coordinating with the state agency and building tenants to ensure satisfactory service
• Providing all necessary equipment, supplies, and personnel to perform the required tasks
The vendor must also comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to employment, labor, and environmental protection.
