RFP: Denver Performing Arts Complex Integrated Construction Services

Solicitation No. 202579895April 9, 2026The Department of Transportation & Infrastructure (“DOTI”), City and County of Denver (“City”), has issued a Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) for Denver Performing Arts Complex Integrated Construction Services. RFP documents will be available for download at www.bidnetdirect.com/cityandcountyofdenverdoti.General Statement of Work: The general scope of this Integrated Construction Contract for The Arts Complex (“AC”) improvements is for a single Integrated Contract Holder (“ICH”) to provide comprehensive project administrative support, preconstruction, and construction services. The purpose of this contracting method is to streamline and expedite procurement and execution phases and to funnel communications and coordination through the ICH. This contract will consist of multiple projects within the umbrella contract, and the ICH will provide administrative assistance to the DOTI Project Manager in packaging these scopes of work to be issued via individual Task Orders and Work Orders.
