CALCIUM SILICATE INSULATION

The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) is seeking a contractor to provide calcium silicate insulation for the Norfolk Naval Shipyard. The insulation must meet the requirements of MIL-I-2781H, and the contractor must provide a certification that the insulation meets these requirements. The contractor must also provide packaging and marking in accordance with ASTM D-3951. The contract will be for a firm fixed price, and the contractor must deliver the insulation to the Norfolk Naval Shipyard within 8 weeks of the date of award. • The contractor must provide Type I calcium silicate high-temperature insulation. • The insulation must meet the requirements of MIL-I-2781H. • The contractor must provide packaging and marking in accordance with ASTM D-3951. • The contract will be for a firm fixed price. • The contractor must deliver the insulation to the Norfolk Naval Shipyard within 8 weeks of the date of award.
