The Indian Health Services is conducting market research to identify potential vendors for a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to provide surgical instruments and repairs and maintenance services. The BPA will be for a period of five years, from December 15, 2025, to December 14, 2030. The government estimates that the volume of purchases through this agreement will be between $0 and $750,000. Vendors are invited to submit responses to this sources sought notice by November 21, 2025, including their organization's name, address, email, website, phone number, and size and type of ownership, as well as tailored capability statements and past performance information.
